A Star Party is where you get to enjoy being outside, take a look at and learn about objects in the sky. Instead of gathering around a campfire, gather around a telescope and see what you can see.
During Star Parties, EphemerADK travels to your location with star-gazing gear, and will lead your group in how to identify and spot different stars, planets, and other celestial objects. Star Parties are great year-round, with different objects being visible in different months.
Star Parties typically last a few hours, giving ample time for everyone in your party to look and learn, and simply enjoy the outdoor experience.

Starry Night Workshops
Starry Night Workshops provide the opportunity to fully immerse in star-gazing activities for a weekend. They typically feature two evenings of watching the skies, looking through a variety of telescopes, and experimenting with astrophotography, all while staying at stunning locations in the Adirondacks. During the day, participants have the opportunity to hike and explore with our guides – after everyone has caught up on their sleep!
